Vocal Remover is a stand-alone program that tries to remove lead vocals from stereo sound. This software works very well for vocal tracks that are "up in the middle" of the stereo mix. Other placement of the vocal in the stereo field may not be removed.

So don't expect this software to remove vocals 100% nicely. In many cases it will be useful enough to remove lead vocals.

Getting Started

Drag a file. Click Save. Click Play.

You can drag-and-drop a WMA, WAV or MP3 file. The file name is tagged as YVR (e.g., All Good Things.YVR) and saved in WAV format.

File Save

You have an option to change Save button behavior. Click menu. Click Preferences. Select an option.

If Always Ask is selected, Save WAVE File dialog box will show up when Saving.

Preview Play

You can listen to vocal removal effect in action before and after. Also you can easily find optimal bass boost level in real time using Control Panel. After loading a file, follow the steps below. Click Control Panel from menu. Click preview play. Adjust the level while listening.
